Information on Carrierletters (graphics, soft- and hardware etc.)

In addition to printing your carriers (upt to eight colours; four colours on the fron side, four colours on the back side) we are can offer you the following additional services:

Personalisation of carrierletters with laserprinters
application of up to two cards on the carrierletter including electrical balance
possibility of sending a second letter to the customer (e.g for a replay)
envelops with or without you logo
folding and creasing including your second letter or additional inserts
mailing

Graphics for carrier letters
The netto format of a carrierletter is DIN A4. The carrierletters are produced in two-up production as endless paper in the format 450 mm x 12" (= rd. 304,8 mm) on OCR-paper (90 gramm). Endgebleeding print is possible at the top and the bottom of each page.

Electronic graphics data is to be sent on CD-ROM. Our Hard- and Software consits of

to send all the fonts used
all halftone pictures have to be sent as tiff-files
to send an approved colour proof (S/W for text only) on plain paper preferably OCR 90g
