ΑΒ Vassilopoulos – HR CHATBOT

INFORM was awarded by ΑΒ Vassilopoulos with the project of the AB Human Resources’ processes and flows Business Analysis, as well as the Implementation of a Human Resources Chatbot.

AB Vassilopoulos’ need was to provide its employees with multiple interaction options online, such as increasing accessibility of the HRforME application for users with limited computer skills, providing easy access to files stored in applications of the HR department.
The installed by INFORM solution integrates separately into the application, stores MS Excel or MS Word files and responds to frequently asked questions (FAQs). Moreover, the application provides AB employees with important information such as changes in policies and procedures directly, thus eliminating any time gap and ensuring the correct flow of information throughout the company’s structure.

Finally, the Chatbot, named HaRa, provides the extra capability to the HR department to undertake and automate surveys, receiving complaints to manage and forward employees’ requests (certificates, vacations, payslips etc.) under the same easy-to-use environment, creating an all-around system that covers holistically the needs of such a demanding and critical part of operations.
