Up Romania enriches its intelligent virtual assistants suite with two more conversational AI bots designed and developed by INFORM, and based on DRUID’s AI advanced technology.

After successfully implementing the first virtual assistant that automates the support of the final cardholders of Up Romania, DRUID AI, along with INFORM, developed two more virtual assistants to support the company’s customers and affiliates.

The virtual assistants, enhanced by AI, can interact with partner companies and affiliates, and provide support for general topics, using enhanced FAQ functionality. More than this, using advanced NLU Technology, the virtual assistant can provide support based on free text questions asked by the user. Furthermore, using conversational AI technology, virtual assistants learn from daily interactions to improve performance, efficiency, and quality of services.

Finally, users can be connected to an agent if they request it or if the virtual assistant can’t provide full support.

Beneficiaries of Up Romania cards will be able to continue interacting with the company’s representatives through social media platforms and the call center.
