In October, INFORM got together at the Big Data Week Conference at Radisson Blu Hotel in Bucharest with DRUID AI, having had insightful meetups in a week of big data-related content, so clients can have a holistic view of big data, in a new era where owning a large amount of data is not enough. At the conference, which is a global event that focuses on the social, political, and technological impact of data, particular attention was focused on the fact that having qualitative data, and well-thought-out big data architectures is what’s crucial for improved services.
INFORM’s Chief Strategy Officer Kostas Fiakas and Head of Presales Michael Kyriakidis talked with DRUID AI’s Sales and Presales Director Andreea Socol about efficiency and how to enhance the customer satisfaction through AI driven solutions.
The outcomes of the Conference include the call for bridging the gap between humans and systems as a key for companies to enable deployment of business applications that improve user experience and boost revenue. The discussion was supported by videos and demos that described the digital customer journey using software tools that ease processes, simulate human conversation – written or spoken – with the purpose of helping businesses achieve more with conversational AI and delivering the optimal service or experience.
INFORM is always thrilled to share valuable information with peers, to network and collaborate, as well as get inspired by technical talks and organizational insights on how to stay on top of new trends and new technologies. This event was a great example of how, by joining forces, we can accelerate digital transformation in all forms.
