Εντάχθηκε στη διοίκηση του Ομίλου INFORM το 2011 ενώ, από το 2002 έως το 2005, είχε επίσης διατελέσει CFO του Ομίλου. Έχει εμπειρία άνω των 25 ετών στους τομείς της Διοίκησης & των Οικονομικών, σε διάφορους κλάδους, όπως της παροχής υπηρεσιών, των λιανικών πωλήσεων, της βιομηχανίας και των καταναλωτικών αγαθών. Συνολικά, έχει εργαστεί για 20 χρόνια σε εισηγμένες εταιρείες, εκ των οποίων τα τελευταία 10 χρόνια ως CEO ή CEO Ομίλου, και τα προηγούμενα 10 χρόνια ως CFO ή CFO Ομίλου. Στο τέλος του 2013, ο κύριος Σπυρόπουλος ανέλαβε τη θέση του Διευθύνοντα Συμβούλου της Austria Card Vienna, ενώ είναι μέλος του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου και CEO της AUSTRIACARD AG από τα μέσα του 2013.

Ο Ηλίας Καράντζαλης είναι απόφοιτος της Νομικής Σχολής Αθηνών και κάτοχος μεταπτυχιακού DEA Droit des Affaires et Droit Economique και μεταπτυχιακού DESS Banque et Finances από το Πανεπιστήμιο της Σορβόννης University Paris I Pantheon – Sorbonne. Είναι δικηγόρος, μέλος του Δικηγορικού Συλλόγου Αθηνών, και εργάζεται ως Νομικός Σύμβουλος εταιρειών από το 1984 με κύριους τομείς εξειδίκευσης το εταιρικό δίκαιο, το δίκαιο κινητών αξιών, το δίκαιο συγχωνεύσεων & εξαγορών, το εμπορικό και το φορολογικό δίκαιο. Ο κύριος Ηλίας Καράντζαλης είναι μέλος του Δ.Σ. της INFORM Α.Ε. από το 2003 και μέλος του Εποπτικού Συμβουλίου της AUSTRIACARD AG από την ίδρυσή της.

Ο Γεώργιος Τριανταφυλλίδης είναι απόφοιτος του Οικονομικού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Από το 1977, εργάζεται ως στέλεχος πωλήσεων σε γνωστές ελληνικές και πολυεθνικές εταιρείες στην Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό, σε διάφορους τομείς των αγορών B2C και B2B. Εργάζεται στην εταιρεία από το 1987 και έχει διατελέσει CEO και μέλος του Δ.Σ. σε θυγατρικές εταιρείες του Ομίλου.

Γεννημένος το 1947 στο Κάιρο της Αιγύπτου. Κάτοικος Βούλας, Αττική, Ελλάδα. Είναι απόφοιτος του Ινστιτούτου Ανώτατης Εκπαίδευσης Glion. Εργαζόταν στην εταιρεία INFORM Α.Ε. από το 1984 έως το 2015. Διαθέτει εκτενή εμπειρία ως Διευθυντής Πωλήσεων – Εξαγωγών στον τομέα των Συστημάτων Εκτύπωσης Πληροφοριών.
