Meet the Board of Directors

Ilias G. Karantzalis

Vice president – Νon-executive Member
Born in 1958. Residing in Athens, Greece.

Ilias Karantzalis graduated from Athens University School of Law and holds a DEA Droit des Affaires et Droit Economique and a DESS Banque et Finances from University Paris I Pantheon – Sorbonne. He is an Attorney-at-Law, a member of the Athens Bar Association and Legal Counsel to companies since 1984 with main fields of expertise corporate law, securities law, mergers & acquisitions, business and tax law.

Mr. Ilias Karantzalis is a member of the Board of INFORM S.A. since 2003 and a member of the Supervisory Board of AUSTRIACARD AG since its establishment.

Georgios I. Triantafyllidis

Non – executive Member
Georgios Triantafyllidis is a graduate of Athens University of Economics and Business. He has worked since 1977 as a sales executive in well known Greek and multinational companies in Greece and abroad in different sectors in markets B2C and B2B. He has been working in the company since 1987 and has served as CEO and Board member in subsidiaries of the Group.

Emmanouil – Evaggelos N. Lekakis

Independent Non-executive Member
Emmanouil – Evaggelos Lekakis has been an independent and non-executive member of INFORM since March 2016. He is a graduate of Athens University of Economics and Business. He holds extensive experience as Finance and General Manager in large listed on ASE companies.

Ioannis A. Menagias

Independent Non-executive Member
Born in 1947 in Cairo, Egypt. Residing in Voula, Attica, Greece.

He graduated from Glion institute of higher education. He has been working in the company INFORM S.A. from 1984 until 2015 He holds extensive experience as Director of Sales – Exports in the field of Printed Information Systems.

Eleni Palidi

Independent Non-executive Member

Helen Palidi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is proficient in English and Spanish.

Helen’s started her long lasting and highly successful career in Banking in 1970, serving in senior posts in major establishments
