Manolis Kontos

Group CEO

Mr. Emmanouil Kontos was born in Australia in 1971.  He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the National University of Athens and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. He began his career in 1995 at Colgate Palmolive in Greece, where by 2000 he was Head of Financial Reporting. From 2000 to 2007 he was Finance Director Greece, MENA & European Development Markets, CEE at General Mills, taking then the role of Financial Controller Greek Business Unit at Coca Cola Hellenic. He continued as Group CFO at Korres Natural Products in Greece until 2011. From 2011 until 2018 he held leadership roles with General Mills initially as Finance Director Middle East, North Africa & Turkey based in Dubai, then GM Sub Saharan Africa in Johannesburg/Dubai and his last role before joining AC Group was Managing Director Middle East and Africa Region. In 2018, Mr. Kontos joined INFORM, listed on the ATHEX, as Managing Director of that division and then he hold the position of Group Deputy CEO. Currently, he is Group CEO of AUSTRIACARD HOLDINGS AG. Having over two decades of experience across Europe and Middle East Africa, Mr. Kontos is an international leader and operated in senior CFO and Managing Director roles.

Alexandra Adam

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Alexandra Adam este Chief Financial Officer al grupului INFORM, membru al AUSTRIACARD HOLDINGS. S-a alăturat conducerii INFORM în octombrie 2005. Are peste 25 de ani de experiență în domeniul finanțelor în industrie, precum și în industria construcțiilor. Are cunoștințe vaste în sistemele ERP, în proiectarea, dezvoltarea și implementarea proceselor în organizație. S-a născut în 1962 și este absolventă în ştiinţe economice la Universitatea Națională și Kapodistriană din Atena (NKUA).

Dimitrios Alexandris

Chief Intelligence Officer (CIO)

Dimitrios Alexandris, este CIO, CSO, CQO în cadrul grupului AUSTRIACARD HOLDINGS și director de sisteme și procese la INFORM. S-a alăturat echipei INFORM în mai 1989. De-a lungul celor 35 de ani de experiență, el a condus, a gestionat și a participat la numeroase proiecte de IT, securitate și calitate, și a obținut certificări de la organizații internaționale pentru diverse companii din grup. Născut în 1963, este licențiat în administrarea afacerilor în sisteme informatice la Deree College și deţine un MBA de la Universitatea din Sunderland, Marea Britanie.

Kostas Fiakas

Chief Strategy Officer (CSO)

Kostas Fiakas este Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) al Diviziei de Management al Informației AUSTRIACARD, după o carieră de succes de 20 de ani în industria tehnologiei informației și a telecomunicațiilor. Anterior, el a fost Country Manager al Cognity România, unde, sub conducerea sa,  compania s-a extins organic, dar și din punct de vedere al afacerilor în diferite industrii. Înainte de aceasta, el a fost Director Comercial al filialei Intracom Telecom din România, precum a ocupat și diverse funcții manageriale în dezvoltarea afacerilor în SEE. Kostas Fiakas deține o diplomă de licență în informatică și o diplomă de master în managementul afacerilor, inovării și tehnologiei.

Kostas Grekis

Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

Kostas Grekis este Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) al INFORM (membru AUSTRIACARD HOLDINGS). Kostas are o vastă experiență în Digital & AMP şi în industria tipografică securizată, din 1990. Până în 2012 el a fost director general și acționar la o mare companie tipografică din Grecia. Ȋn prezent, el întreprinde activităţi de dezvoltare comercială a INFORM-ului pe toate piețele în care operează.
