Datenspeicherung

Die von Ihnen übermittelten personenbezogenen Daten werden nur so lange gespeichert, bis es für die Erhebungszwecke erforderlich ist oder nach den geltenden Rechtsvorschriften. Insbesondere:

Ihre personenbezogenen Daten werden an die örtlichen Personalstellen und gegebenenfalls an die Personalabteilung oder die Geschäftsführung anderer Unternehmen der Gruppe innerhalb der Europäischen Union (z.B. AUSTRIACARD S.R.L., Austria Card Polska Sp. Zoo) offengelegt, um die Stellengesuche zu verwalten und auszuwerten, die Vorstellungen durchzuführen und den gewünschten Gesuchsteller auszuwählen. Die Kernsysteme unserer Gruppe werden in Datenzentren in der Europäischen Union (Österreich, Rumänien, Polen, Griechenland) gehostet.

6. Ist Ihr Gesuch erfolglos, werden Ihre personenbezogenen Daten für einen Zeitraum von 6 Monaten nach dem Abschluss des jeweiligen Gesuchsverfahrens gespeichert. Nach Ablauf dieser Frist werden Ihre personenbezogenen Daten vollständig aus unseren Aufzeichnungen gelöscht.

7. Sie haben die folgenden Rechte in Bezug auf die Verarbeitung Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten, soweit dies vorgesehen ist und unter den Bedingungen der geltenden Datenschutzvorschriften.
