Enrolment
is a software module running on dedicated enrolment devices that facilitates the collection and verification of applicant data for electronic documents. It enables users to provide personal information, upload documents, and capture biometric data (such as fingerprints, facial images, iris images and handwritten signatures) during in-person appointments at designated enrollment centers. The module ensures data accuracy through validation checks, integrates with national databases for identity verification, and supports the secure processing of applications. By streamlining the enrollment process, it enhances efficiency, improves user experience, and strengthens the security of passport issuance.
