Success Story: Transforming Signature Workflows for public transportation operator in Vienna, Austria.

In 2020, we partnered with Wiener Linien, the public transportation operator in Vienna, Austria, to enhance their signature workflow—without the need for ink! Our innovative solution streamlined their business operations, making them more efficient than ever.

Wiener Linien, one of Vienna’s largest employers with 8,600 staff members, manages its central document operations on an on-premises server. As part of a comprehensive digitalization initiative, they sought a cost-effective solution for their signature workflow that would establish a high level of trust both internally and externally while ensuring compliance with legal requirements. They needed a flexible solution that could accommodate various signature types and adapt to rapidly changing demands, all within a short timeframe.

They chose us for our proven reliability and user-friendly approach. To safeguard their critical documents, we implemented a certificate management system for their signature server and provided a customized TRUST2GO package. This setup allows for tailored certificate issuance based on specific needs and enables legally binding electronic signatures in seconds, whether from a desktop or a mobile device.

Wiener Linien collaborated closely with it20one as their integration partner to ensure a smooth implementation. Given our long-standing successful relationship, they had high expectations, which we fully met. The solution was delivered within just a few days and has since seamlessly supported their business operations, resulting in a measurable increase in efficiency in a short period.
