- All employees earn at least the minimum wage in their country of operation.
In 2025, AUSTRIACARD introduced a Group-wide Global Human Rights and Labour Standards Policy covering employees, business partners and suppliers. Employees can raise concerns through multiple communication channels, including local HR and management channels, employee representation structures where applicable, and a Group-wide whistleblowing platform. The whistleblowing channel is aligned with the EU Whistleblowing Directive and provides a secure and confidential mechanism for reporting misconduct or grievances.
- The Group-wide whistleblowing channel is available to employees and relevant third parties.
- No grievances, complaints or severe human rights incidents were recorded in 2025.
Protecting the health and safety of our workforce is a fundamental responsibility.
